Erdgas Münster Transport GmbH & Co. KG (EGMT) starts a market-reflective, non-discriminatory and transparent tender for flow commitments as of 21. February 2011 for the purpose of covering its needs for flow commitments for its L-gas network.
As a measure to enhance capacities these flow commitments are designed to prove the existing full flexible entry and exit capacities of the networks of market area spanning network operators in the market area L-Gas 1. The coverage of proved firm full flexible capacities by measures to enhance capacities acts as a mean to prevent the reduction of entry and exit capacities within the market area.The course of tender is as follows:
As of 21. February 2011 all tender details, the product description as well as Tender GT&Cs for needed flow commitments are published on this website.
The tender period will last until 21 March 2011, inclusive, i.e. four weeks after publication of Tender GT&Cs.
Subsequently the tender will be evaluated, the offers will be ranked and contracts will be concluded.
At the earliest tendered flow commitments will be used as of 1. April 2011.
