Network access includes a variety of components. Please refer to the latest edition of our network access conditions and the supplements to these conditions for details of
- the various services offered, especially capacity rights, system services and charges for such services,
- procedures for the booking, nomination and management of network utilization,
- conditions for capacity allocation procedures, bottleneck management and long-term non-use,
- provisions for connection to other networks,
- provisions for balancing and balancing energy including fees to be paid by shippers,
- planned or completed changes in the main services or conditions for network access.
We offer access to the upstream network of Erdgas Münster GmbH on behalf and for the account of Erdgas Münster GmbH. Our network access conditions also apply to access to this network. In this connection, the special provisions of the Energy Industry Act (especially Sections 26 and 27) for access to upstream pipeline systems apply.
